As more and more rubber is producing, more and more waste rubber is coming along. Generally, we regard the waste rubber as trash, but with the development of technology, we come up with the rubber recycling equipment.

The equipment is used to convert waste rubber into oil as efficiently as possible. It adopts a kind of technology which is called pyrolysis. In the rubber recycling process, there will be oil, carbon black, and steel wire ( only for waste tires) producing. The whole process is safe and environmental protection. Our waste rubber recycling machine has six models, BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLL-16, BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50. Taking BLL-16 for example, the operating details for 20 tons perday: first feeding (5 tons material) – pyrolysis process – second feeding (5 tons material) – pyrolysis process – slag discharging for 2 hours – third feeding (5 tons material) – pyrolysis process – the last feeding (5 tons material) – slag discharging totally. For 20 tons capacities, about 24 hours will be needed in total. The whole process is continuous and automatic.
