For our pyrolysis system, we have four standard models, BLJ-06 (capacity 6t/d), BLJ-10 (10t/d), BLJ-16 (20t/d), BLL-20 (30t/d). It is noted that BLJ-06 and BLJ-10 are batch operating systems; BLJ-16 is semi-continuous system; BLL-20 is fully continuous system.
For our continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is configured with tyre shredder system, auto feeding system, auto carbon & steel discharging system. The plant can be fed material and discharge carbon & steel automatically and sealed, under 350 degree temperature.
The operating details for 20 tons per day: first feeding(5 tons material)→pyrolysis process→second feeding(5 tons material)→pyrolysis process→slag discharging for 2 hours→third feeding(5tons material)→pyrolysis process→the last feeding(5tons material)→slag discharging totally. And for 20 tons capacities, about 24 hours will be needed in total.
