The pyrolysis tyre recycling plant is an environmental protection plant which makes use of the green technology(pyrolysis) to convert waste tires into useful resources, such as tyre pyrolysis oil, carbon black and steel wire. It is equipped with advanced safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices) and latest dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber), which can guarantee safety, energy saving and environmental protection in the pyrolysis process.

The pyrolysis tire recycling system of the plant includes batch pyrolysis system, semi-continuous system and fully continuous pyrolysis system. The following are some differences between them:
Firstly, for the semi-continuous and fully continuous type, the feeding of plastics and discharging of carbon black are both automatic, while for the batching type, the feeding process is manual. Secondly, the continuous type is equipped with an automatic plastic shredder. If the water percentage of plastic is more than 15%, a dryer is also needed. While the batching system doesn’t need this device. Thirdly, the fully continuous plant can continuously work 24 hours per day without a stop; the semi-continuous type can work 3-4 shifts per day and it needs one hour to cool down the reactor before the second batch; while for the batch type, it can only work one shift per day and needs 5-6 hours to cool down the reactor.

We have four models available for your choice of the pyrolysis system, BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLJ-16, BLL-20. It needs to be noted that BLJ-06 and BLJ-10 are batch operating systems; BLJ-16 is semi-continuous system; BLL-20 is fully continuous system. So far, all the plants have passed CE, ISO, SGS certificates.
